About Tap My Katamari
Tap My Katamari is an "idle clicker" game that draws inspiration from the renowned Katamari Damacy game series. The essence of these games lies in propelling a small ball, known as the Katamari, and gathering objects as it rolls along. Each smaller object can adhere to the ball, allowing it to grow larger and enabling the collection of even more objects.
In Tap My Katamari, the fundamental concept remains similar to the original games, but the gameplay takes a different approach. The only action required is tapping the screen repeatedly to guide the Prince, the game's protagonist, in pushing the Katamari forward and collecting objects along the way. Moreover, every object picked up also rewards you with coins.
With the coins earned, you have the opportunity to purchase various enhancements for both the Prince and the Katamari. Additionally, you can unlock companions who will assist you in propelling the Katamari without the need to physically interact with the screen.
While Tap My Katamari offers entertainment, it falls somewhat short of the expectations set by the Katamari Damacy saga. The original games always delivered a delightful and frenzied gaming experience, a quality that this particular iteration fails to capture. Although visually appealing, it ultimately falls short of being a true Katamari experience
